Very understanding, listens to what YOU want and only offers options that may service you better than how you may have originally thought.
Follow up is on point, aggressive but not pushy which I think is extremely important.

Michael’s communication made the transaction super smooth. He was great to work with and my client have been super pleased with the process. Michael made himself available throughout the entire process. I didn’t have to reach out to him for any unanswered questions. There weren’t any. To me communication is everything , if not in person the electronic. Michael was great and patient answering questions and concerns . Another refreshing aspect is that no-one was to good to be down to earth ex; Kyle in processing , after the first couple of Emails they stated with ; Hey Brian, & Micheal was “ Hi Brian , to me being in the service industry for 45 years ,it’s nice to know we can still talk to one another. If I was in your business I would do all I could to steal Michael away from you he that good .
